Our first child Luca was a kind, sensitive and fun-loving boy with his whole life ahead of him. On 4th May 2025 our world changed forever as Luca had lost an invisible battle that none of us knew he was fighting and had taken his own life. 

The days that followed were overwhelming, and despite desperately needing help, professional support was extremely hard to access. In July, 2wish stepped in and provided the immediate, compassionate support our family needed to get through the early days.

We are fundraising for 2wish in memory of Luca so that no other family has to face this loss alone. To do this, I will be walking 6 marathons in 1 week (255km / 160miles), from our home in Yateley, Hampshire to the 2wish HQ in Wales from 16th - 23rd June. The 23rd June would be Luca’s 18th birthday.
